In my opinion, the best skim mod, in my opinion, is IMAGINATOR - Visual Control Device for Skyrim. It's a great little image modification tool that can be used along with other SkyUI mods to really make sure your images and textures have the right look and feel. This particular skim mod not only allows you to change nearly every part of your skylight and exterior landscape, but it also comes with a bunch of other cool stuff, including several different visualization tricks, as well as an incredible amount of detail for all of your npc, player, and creature assets.
This particular IMAGINATOR - Visual Control Device for Skyrim is designed to give you a handful of different options and visual tricks that will really make a difference when you are playing the game. For example, one of these options allows you to change the color of your dog as well as the color of your sun. Another neat feature allows you to individually control the fog from the inside of your home and even completely turn off fog during certain times of the day. There are tons of other image modification tools included, such as renaming bottles, rotating trees, and rotating cacti, and even more options that you can find out about by visiting the link below.
The only real downfall to this product is that there aren't any image replacer mods available that allow you to completely change your sky. But, as a side note I should probably tell you this - If you really like the visual tricks included in this program, you can use IMAGINATOR to create some more! So, it's a good idea to have IMAGINATOR - Visual Control Device for skyrim installed on your computer!
